Yep, still glad I voted for Obama. You betcha.

Palin was shilling her conspiracy theories - you know when she asks a ridiculous rhetorical question, her I’m-not-saying-I’m-just-saying approach to politics - and got called out by Fox. Woah. Hey P-dog, sanity, ur doin it rong.

Sarah Palin is a hate monger, plain and simple. She doesn’t care about the real reasons something has happened; if it will give her a chance to throw something to the wall no matter how ill-informed she is, and hopes it will stick. She doesn’t need to fact check because she has idiot fan-base who never questions her. I honestly don’t know why she appeals to people; aside from her looks she has no redeeming qualities.

This shit kills me. We were NOT founded as a Christian nation. “In God We Trust” was NOT added to our currency until 1955. “One Nation Under God” was NOT part of the original pledge of allegiance and wasn’t added till 1954, and both were in response to the Red Scare and a stupid religious revival in America and were NEVER MEANT to be part of our American heritage as passed down from the founding fathers who wanted a separation between church and state.

I know the founding fathers were religious, but I think they were more enlightened than anyone now a days would think. Of course they weren’t so keen on women voting or owning land, but I think that if Hamilton, Jefferson, Adams and Franklin were alive today, the conservative right would have a field day and call them Socialists based soley on their “moral” views, not thier political views.
