Perez pulled the tweet after it was confirmed that MJ was dead, but the damage was already done. Hilton had 1.8 million followers but over the weekend, a million of them “Beat It.” (See what I did there?)
His numbers have been slowly going up; by some reports he’s back over the million mark. I could go and look myself but honestly, I try and have as little to do with Perez as possible.
Hilton has had a rough few weeks. First, he got into it with Will.i.am and his manager. Then, GLAAD came out against him for using the other F word. After that, Judy Shepard said the Matthew Shepard Foundation won’t accept any money from him and his lawsuit against Will.i.am’s manager. Now his fans are kicking him to the curb.
At this rate, Chris Crocker is going to make a video about him.
